NZ Fudge Farm does not offer a refund or exchange policy on internet website orders unless there is a manufacturing fault within the product. If you believe there is a manufacturing fault you must notify NZ Fudge Farm within 7 days of receiving the product either by phone or email.
NZ Fudge Farm reserves the right to investigate to determine cause of fault and may require fudge to be couriered back at customers’ expense. If fault has been established with NZ Fudge Farm we are more than happy to replace or exchange product and reimburse freight cost.
